Election Protest Filed Against Re-elected Mayor Bernard Pesayco dismissed

SAN  JOSE,  Antique--Election  case  number 2010-01 filed  by  Mr.  Eliseo  Magbanua against  re-elected Mayor  Bernard  N.  Pesayco was  dismissed by  the  court.  Acting Presiding  Judge Romeo B.  Casalan of  Regional  Trial  Court Branch 64  pinned  the  decision.   The order  states  that "pursuant to the Provisions of section 12(b), Rule 2 of A.M. No. 10-4-1-SC or the 2010 Rules of procedure in election  contests before the  courts involving elective Municipal  Officials,  this election  protest is hereby DISMISSED."
