Bugasong, Antique- With the active partnership of the Local Government Unit of Bugasong, Advance Central College and TESDA, out of school youth and those who are inclined to avail technical courses were able to access this scholarship program. Under the leadership of Mayor Bernard N. Pesayco , we were able to realize this program and now on its third batch. FBS students gained support from the Local Government Unit, and the Liga ng Mga Barangay headed by Hon. ABC President Norma Sayon. Liga Office were temporarily used as their training center during the duration of the said course. The advantage of the said group is that there are attached program like personality development, resume/application letter preparation, techniques on job interviews and on-line job search.
